Mark did a superb job on installing external outlets and replacing lighting in our house. He was honest, efficient, hard-working, professional, and friendly, and was able to help us help ourselves in those areas in which he did not need to make repairs (i.e., our smoke detection system). Mark was our second quote and he did not upcharge us or suggest unnecessary work, but rather, gave us multiple options so that we had the power to decide and save money. He showed up early for our estimate and for the next-day installation/repairs. Will definitely use Mark again if we ever have any electrical issues!!

I learned the hard way. Always get a quote before having an electrician come out. I called to get a Ring door bell fixed and was charged $80 just to have a cheap plastic door bell put on and not the Ring. I guess I thought as a courtesy I would have been told how much this would cost before proceeding. I would have gladly paid the 80 if what I wanted got done but it didn’t. I could have easily put a cheap plastic door bell on myself but that wasn’t what I asked for. I didn’t get the work done I wanted and am out $80. Total scam.
